Hello Grant,

Any chance of a quick look for;

Mary Ann Bowles, died 8th July 1899, she lived at 'Fountain House' West Hartlepool.

I was given this information from the headstone.  The 1901 census certainly shows her husband as a widower then.

I am afraid you may have sent this query to the wrong person.  I am interested in the Bowles family from Hartlepool.  Long line of Drapers/Haberdashery, something that continued down to the present day.
