Blackhall Mill - Which Parish?

I want to do a search on a birth in Blackhall Mill in circa 1828, can anyone advise which Parish it would be in?

I've looked on the IGI but can't find a Parish called Blackhall Mill?

If you enter Blackhall Mill in your search engine (Google or any other) you'll find quite a few mentions.

Further to my last reply, Blackhall Mill is a hamlet situated on the north bank of the River Derwent, one mile south of Chopwell.
If you go to www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/getamap and enter the co-ordinates NZ115565 you'll see it.  I'm afraid I don't know what parish it's in.

and click on Chopwell for details of the parish.

You've just beaten me to the punch, Stan    The website you mention states that Blackhall is in the parish of Medomsley and the churches are Ryton Holy Cross (- 1828) and Winlaton St. Paul (1828 - ).
