Can anyone please  help find a marriage for a Joseph Shaw b Weaver, Cheshire 1777 to Jane b 1780 Bowkley.  Their first child Samuel Shaw b 1800 Weaver.
I have found Joseph and Jane in the 1841 and 1851 Census.
Thanks

I know you have posted this a number of years ago, but just in case you still check.  I am also researching Joseph and Jane of Weaver, Cheshire.  I have Charles 1802 as their first child. I also can not find marriage.

Hey - we're related!!!
I have 10 children but I think you have Samuel as the first whilst I have Charles bap 30.11.1802 as first so I need to do some checking on this.  I also show Ann married to Joseph Owen.  My 2nd gt grandfather was Charles who married Martha Earl Ankers. Charles and Martha went on to have 9 children including a daughter Mary who married Charles King Griffiths, they had a number of children too including Edith who was my grandmother. If there is anything you require, don't hesitate to ask.    At the moment I have Joseph's father as Stephen but nothing else yet as I have not done that generation yet as I am still sorting Joseph's generation out!

Hello
The relationship looks that your grandmother Edith is my husbands 2nd cousin twice removed.  Joseph and Jane Shaw farmed at Weaver in South Cheshire.    I have Joseph's father as Stephen Shaw bap 30 May 1737 Acton by Nantwich - he died in 1810 but I know nothing of his life.
