Have just found out that my Great Grandparents, Simeon HOLYLAND & Maud HARNETT-FORD got married at this church on the 3rd April 1915.

My family always said this side of the family was "Jewish"... Now I'm inclined not to agree with that theory. I've received a copy of their marriage certificate yesterday and there is just mentioned "according to the Rites & Ceremonies of the Established Church".

Hello,

Does anyone know if St Michael All Angels Church, Belgrave is still about? I can't find anything on the web about it. A relative was married there in 1903. I suspect there will be other family events there as well.

Thanks,
Martyn

A quick look on Google Maps, shows it to now be in use as the base for an Asian radio station!
