Hi Bob,
I have a George Ernst Boyce who married my great Aunt Elizabeth Fowler Swan in Durban, South Africa and they had 2 children that I know about: Robina Elizabeth Boyce and Eric Raymonde Wentworthe Boyce. Elizabeth Swan was born in 1871 so George must have been born around 1870.
Any connection?

You need to trace further back - do your Boyces have any connection with Berkshire?

Hi Bob,
Not sure where George Boyce hails from. Know he came over to Durban, South Africa and they lived in Durban. I was interested seeing the George Boyce and though there may be a lead.
Will have investigate further,
thanks,
Magi
