Hi Rae, that post from 2006 was about the time I got started on my mother's side having gone as far as I could on my father's side.  Since then I do have lots of information on John Broadhurst Boothman.  I have visited Lancashire and obtained the transcript of his trial.  I'm happy to exchange information and have sent you a PM
