Hi Darryl, thankyou very much for the information.I am going to get intouch with records office as on my fathers birth certificate it has Elizabeth Ann Jones as fathers mothers maiden name. I dont know about  mistakes the office can make but will check it all out.

Hi i thought i would check the marriage of thomas langham and elizabeth on the www.1837online.com and i can confirm that the information i originally gave to you is correct, so maybe theres been a mix up???? on surname, also there is no other online record that I can find for a marriage around 1900 that brings thomas and elizabeth together as a marriage
         Kind Regards
           Darryl

Chrissy i would be very surprised if you get a reply from the records office(its a money thing)maybe we havent found the correct people, but everything seems to fit, i wouldnt worry too much on occupations as they change so often,i shall snoop through the resources aswell see if we can crack it
                 Kind Regards
