I'm not surprised by an alternate spelling ( I have phonetic 'Blewer' on some documents!)
I don't know how extensive marriage records are for that neck of the woods, but is there a chance of you checking for the marriage of
my John WETTON to an Elizabeth - I guess around 1854 and probably in Stone.
Or for a marriage for George BLOOR to an Elizabeth at around the same time - not sure whether that would be Stone as Eliz gives her birth place as Blurton in a later census.
Sorry, I hope you don't feel I'm pushing my luck asking you for so many checks. I certainly don't mean to be greedy and am truly grateful for your help.
