Figart Parish of Clondahorky?

Help please I have now found our Great GreatGrandfather Andrew McNutt renting a house in Figart in the Parish of Clondahorky Donegal.  My question is firstly where exactly is Figart? and second who was Alex JR Stewart? who rented the property out? Also I would love to know what year? but perhaps that's asking too much.

Alexander R. Stewart, Ards House, Dunfanaghy was a High Sheriff of Co. Donegal in 1852. He was a member of the family of the Marquess of Londonderry who owned a large amount of property in Co. Donegal as well as Mount Stewart estate, near Newtownards, Co. Down. The name of his house, Ards, is an abbreviation of Newtownards.

Re. the question of the year or years when your great great grandfather rented the property, if you are in the same age grouping as I am (it's my 66th birthday later this year) then he could have been renting the property anytime from the 1840s onwards

Yes I am in the same age grouping as you although the family are my husband relations.

 Andrew McNutt married Susan Richardson of Figart 5th December 1833.
 He gave his address then as Figart.

 Andrew McNutt was in Figart as per the Griffiths Valuation, about 1856.

 In 1861 Andrew was a "publican" in Main Street, Dunfanaghy.

 His son David's marriage record, January 1869, gives Andrew's occupation as 'farmer'

 Andrew died in 1884 aged 88yrs.

I now have. All that information with the help of Donegal Ancestry.  I have a certificate of the Marriage of Andrew & Susan Richardson which gives their Parents names as for Andrew .. William McNutt & Catherine Culbert.  Then Susan's parents were John Richardson & Sarah McKinley.. So the search for them is on.

The Marriage took place at the Parstbyterian Church in Dunfanahagy Donegal.
