Thank you Julian.  When he married in 1905 he was a milkman!  After that I don't know but I do suspect that he might have been in WW1.  I will follow up Gadget's tip.  Although HODGE is a fairly common name with his middle names it will probably narrow the numbers down a bit - I hope so anyway.  :>)

I found the following births for you.  All registered in Chelsea, but obviously there's no guarantee they're your line.;

1907 Jan Q  HODGE Evelyn    Chelsea 1a 399
 
1909 Sep Q HODGE Frances Victor   Chelsea 1a 364

1910 Dec Q  HODGE Robert H   Chelsea 1a 350

I checked from 1906-Mar Q 1912 but didn't check the entries for HODGES
