Hi Guys

I'm looking for a Harriet VERNUM/VERNON/VERNAN born abt 1839 Stanground.

I think she would probably be a servant somewhere.

Or married in 1861?  This was the only 'Harriett' born around that time in Stanground that I found.

Try this, when searching the census just put the forename in and leave the surname blank. Put the place of birth in, you should get a load of 'Harrietts'. then check the place of birth.      ..... then keep your fingers crossed.

That Harriet is surname Elderkin married 1855.

But a search against Har* keyword stan*ground throws up another possibility born 1839, which got me excited until I checked BMD and found Harriet Hills.
