National Burial Index ? Sheffield ?
« on: Monday 13 November 06 18:29 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone look up a Samuel Dawson and his wife Bridget in the NBI please ? They were alive in 1841 and living down Silver Street,Sheffield. I can't find them anywhere after that time.

Thanks
Tango  :)

PS Forgot to say Samuel was born in 1800 and Bridget in 1799.

Hi.

The address for the above deceased was Milton Lane and there was a coroners inquest.

From the original parish register.

Aw Claire and Tuppie  :)

Thank you sooo much for looking, it really is appreciated.  :)
Unfortunately Claire it doesnt seem as though THAT Samuel was mine, five yrs difference in age is quite a lot.

And thanks Tuppie for finding the rest of the info..re: inquest etc. Unfortunately i dont think these are mine  :(

This only adds to my previous theory that they moved to Lancashire shortly after 1841.

Oh well...back to the drawing-board.Lol !  :)

Many thanks
Tango  :)
PS, Thanks mainly for the fact that you took the TIME to answer me. :)
