There is a will listed for a William Rickman of Titchfield proved 18 Feb 1766 ref PROB 11/916/222 on TNA site - downloadable for £3.45.  Also viewable if you have an Ancestry sub.

William & Rebecca Rickman had the following children baptised in Titchfield:

Thomas bapt 30 Jun 1730 buried 9 Sep 1730
Rebecca bpt 29 Jul 1731
Thomas bp 15 Jul 1733
William bp 16 Jan 1733/34 (at Stubbington House)
John bpt 13 Aug 1736
Rachel bap 25 Nov 1743
Ann bpt July 1747

These were baptised at St Thomas in Portsmouth and would fit the gap in the Titchfield baptisms:

Mary bap 5 Apr 1738 (no mother's name but William still described as Mr)
Elizabeth bp 25 Feb 1739/40

The date for John's baptism doesn't match the one you gave.
