Software Programs for Genealogies

Does anyone know if there is a site that compares the various software programs available for tracking genealogy.  I currently use an oder version of Family Tree Maker and would like to see what else is available prior to upgrading.

Everybodies requirements of a software program are different and you may be better off trying the different downloadable demos which are available for many of the programs and compare the same gedcom file in each program. In that way you are more likely to find a program which will more closely match your personal needs rather than reading another persons review.
However it is very likely that you will not find a single program which meets all of your requirements but to give you an idea of what others think have a look at the threads mentioned in this post where simlar topics have been discussed in the past.

Falkryn, thanks for the reply.  You're right that I probably won't find one single program to do everything I'd like.
