Help needed with the regiment please

HI every one , can any of you help me please with these two . ALL we know about them ,is they came from Galway and Tipperary Ireland. we know the pictures are poor but are at this moment been worked on in photo Restoration.

Hi mig the bottom picture looks like going by the hat that it is a scottish regiment.  Have you picture of the cap badge.

the man in photo No2 is a serjeant in the cameronians[scottish rifles]hes wearing battle dress,which means its after ww1,around the 1930s,mack
