Can anyone fix this photo Please

Hi, Is there a kind person that could tidy this photo up for me please, it a pic of a relative that was killed in the 2 world war.

Also the original pic 5x3 inch would it be possible to get a bigger one printed at one of the high street printers or would it start to pixalate when it was blown up.

Here's my one, I didn't want to mess too much with his eye, thought it would mess it up.

I'm sure you would be able to get a bigger copy of it done with out too much pixelation.
