The 1851 Census record is badly transcibed as:
Loveday Dowen Mother Greenwich, Kent
Thos Daves abt 1780 Wigan, Lancashire, England Greenwich, Kent
as you will see Loveday's year or place of birth is not recorded but it is registered in Devon in 1783 as Lovedy Farrell O'Farrell.
