I need to look through all the posts on this subject but thought I would mention that I am a descendant and relative of the HAVELOCKS which includes the shipbuilder/owner William Havelock 1756-1836, father of Major General sir Henry Havelock. I don't recognize the marriage of your ancestors, of the top of may head, but there are lots of Havelocks whose names I don't remember.
My direct Havelock ancestor is another Ann Havelock 1801-1873, who married Henry Woolgar - they are my 3 x Great Grandparents.
I need to find out far more than I do, about the family as my knowledge is very limited when I get further back in time. I've had help to find out a lot about Ann's father, Thomas Havelock, as well as quite a lot about the much more illustrious side of the family - Maj Gen Sir Henry etc., that is. I also know that one of the ancestors, a George Havelock (I think) was a clockmaker and I have a photo of one of the clocks he made.
That's more then enough waffle from me. Hope it's of interest to someone out there.
