Hiya Orinoco, I had to contact you after I saw you talking about Hannah Gabb from Longney.

I am looking into my family tree, and I believe that my Great Great Great Great Grandfather was George Gabb (born 1796) married to Anne Wilkins (born 1803). George was a blacksmith from Longney. I have been to St Lawrence church in Longney and found the headstone of Hannah Gabb (died 1826 aged 60 years). I am yet to make the connection of Hannah to my line of Gabb's, I was wondering if you might have any information that may help?

Have you seen the headstone or do you know what the inscription read?

I have a Caroline Gabb marrying Thomas Hope in my tree. They were married 7 december 1840. Children Teresa Gabb Hope and William Gabb Hope. They were in the Newent and Oxenhall areas

Not quite sure that Hannah and my ggg grandfather actually married (hangs head in shame)

Hi, have just joined , I am descended from Daniel Gabb who married Elizabeth Hill 1827,

Would love to exchange information..My Gabb side of the family come from the Hucclecote, Elmore area of Gloucestershire.The earlist I have gone to  back is  George Gabb B  :)1761.

Many years ago I made a list of info I found in Stonehouse records - it's attached.

My connection with Gabb is via a Jane baptized 1781.
