Is it reference 5173 68 14 in Llanelly Breconshire  ???

If so, James is a Shoemaker own acct at home
Phoebe and Bertha are Domestic Servants
Thomas is a Colliery Labourer

i was hoping James Rowlands was a miner,but i see Thomas was a colliery labourer.
