Thanks for confirming that. The cert was so badly written and mistakes made the recipients must have been quite disappointed with it I should think!!!

My tired old eyes see the following:

St Johns for the church

Groom at 21 Bloom St

Bride at Chesterfield St

Parish Walton on the Hill

Bloom St was between Myrtle Street ans Falkner Street. I think Walton on the Hill Parish covered most of Liverpool at that time.

I'd agree with what others have thought about Chesterfield and Bloom Streets.  The only thing that bothered me was St James being classed as Walton on the Hill, when I wondered if it should have been in the Parish of Toxteth Park, but looking at the date it didn't have it's own registration district until much later and although Parishes and Reg. Districts are different, maybe they changed around the same time, so yes it will be Walton on the Hill.
