Can any one read this Liverpool marriage Cert??

 I obtained this cert but am unable to make certain parts of it clear.  Can any one make out  the name of the church or the street names?

LancashireBMD have the marriage at St. James', Toxteth Park.

I think the groom was at 21 Bloom St and the bride at Chesterfield St.
Looking at ALSTON in south Ribble area, ALSTEAD and DONBAVAND/DUNBABIN etc. everywhere, HOWCROFT and MARSH in Bolton and Westhoughton, PICKERING in the Whitehaven area.

I think the parish is Walton on the Hill.

Above is the list of churches - although it looks like St James P Church to me & there isn't one of those listed!

The second address is Chesterfield St, the first possibly Bolton St?

Can you find them on a census & then look at the street names in that area?

The line at the top is very difficult, but lower it reads to me like "Married in the Church of St James according to the rites...".

Chesterfield St still exists in the right area, off Upper Stanhope St. Can't find Bloom St at present. The only awkward part is that "Parish of Walton on the Hill". I wonder if the clergyman was just visiting from there and wrote that in automatically?

Andrewalston is spot on. Definitely 21 Bloom St (with a caret showing the writer has left one of the o's out) and Chesterfield St.
