Hi Chris
May I take you up on your offer please.

I'm looking for birth details of a Richard Ticehurst  b (I think)  18/7/1786 or 1783
or
James Ticehurst b 1779
or
Samuel Ticehurst b 1786
or
Barbara Ticehurst b 1781

All were born in Eastbourne, possibly St Mary's. and are from the same family.

I am trying to establish their parents. I have found a couple of names from the LDS site ( James Ticehurst and Abigail Pierce) but cannot find any evidence of a married or union for these two, or that they even existed.
I am not sure whether E.Sussex records office will have anything on these dates, but if so, I would appreciate any info you find

Thanks
Jard

Hello and Thank you for the offer.  I am not familiar with the document holdings in the records office but hope these are appropriate.  I am looking for:

1)  The parents of Elizabeth Ticehurst, born in Catsfield 1804-1805.

2)   Parents of Joseph Beavis b. 1781 in Bexhill

3) Parents of Mary Southouse born 1782-83 - possibly in Bexhill.

Thanks so much.

Jann

Hi there

Outlaw
It has been added to the list of lookups

Jard
The ESRO should have those entries for those dates as according to their catalogue, the registers have been deposited.

Jann
That should be no problem - fingers crossed

All lookup requests have been copied into my ESRO folder on my laptop ready for the 23rd

Hi Chris,

Hi Christ

Two more requests, not too complicated.  Let me know if I am imposing.

Per the IGI:

1)  Thomas Towner m. Frances Stevens on 29 May 1774 in Seaford.  Does the pr give any additional information?

2)  Jane Heasman was christened Oct. 20, 1782 in Barcombe.  Her parents where Henry Heasman and Elizabeth.  Any additional information?

Thanks again for your help.

Jann

Much appreciated your offer Chris.

could you possibly look for the following.

Jane Barnes was born in Bexhill c.1807 and she married John Dann 6/12/1839 in Brede
Jane had one son illegitimately, Samuel John Barnes c.1835 Brede and then another after marriage, Elias Dann c.1842 in Brede (baptised 25/9/1842, Brede)

I'm really looking for a baptism of Samuel and possibly a baptism of Jane to find her parents names?

Many thanks

David
