You'd get other householders in the 1901 and 1911 Census. There are not any other censuses for Belfast at the moment. The Ulster Covenant shows people at the same address if they signed it. Dont enter the surname or fore name ... just enter the street name and then click Find if you want to see if there was more than one person in a specific house in a street.

Hi Christopher
Re the Martins/Montgomeries at 22 Matilda St. My hubby was born 1948 ant his mum and dad, Hugh Martin was there some years before that. Prior to that she was with a Hugh Montgomery.  I think his dad Hugh Martin was born Disraili St to a Joseph & Maggie Martin (nee McCormish).
