Hiya Patricia,

It is great to see people being so friendly. Are you coming to Dublin next year for the RootsChat Meet. ??? It will be a great opportunity to meet people, put faces to names and discuss problems you are having in tracing Irish ancestors.   http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,148893.0.html

All the Best,

Chris

Anthony, when you get a chance, would you mind having a look at your 1852 and 1870 directory for me please for the surname Nutter (not a common one in County Antrim at the time as mainly found in England). In particular, interested to see if a Samuel appears in 1852, and if Thomas or John appear in 1870. Thomas married in c1876 in Shankill district (Trinity CofI).

Thanks in advance.

Hiya Scotmum,

I found James in Co. Kildare in 1851.

Hi Anthony,

Would you be able to locate any "Eakins" at either Saunders Street (circa 1900-10) or McLeery Street (circa 1910-50s)

Think Saunders Street is no longer, but I understand McLeery St still exists.

Kind regards

McVitie
