Can anyone help, I am looking for the arrival of James Shorter to Melbourne Australia. James Shorter was born in Blunsdon Wiltshire in 1827 and married Mary Ann Beckett on the 5 April 1856 in Melbourne.

Found a James Shorter, age 25, arrived on the Ballarat in November 1852

Thanks for finding James certainly looks like him, haven't seen the proachives site before so I will add it to my favourites and maybe able to find other rellies who came to Australia, although I think I can probably count them all on one hand.

Realize it's been awhile, but the link;
