Hi

Thanks for your offer.

I would love it if you can find any information on the following in KILMARNOCK

Robert Service CAMPBELL
He was born about 1816
married to a Margaret HOWIE in September 1841.

I don't have any other details than that, so anything extra you can add would be fantastic.

Twink
Peters / Breden / Breeds / Evans + more, Garner / Ensbury / Beaver / Burgess + more, Elrick / Giles / Salmon / Parsons + more, Lucas / Webster / Austin / Chopping + more

Michael Cochrane of Darvel

Records checked Darvel,  Newmilns  and Galston Loudoun  Churchyard and Cemeteries  up to 1855 and the only entry found was  in Darvel  Cemetery;
John Cochrane died 12-6-1885 aged 70yrs wife Jean Young died 25-9-1897 aged 84yrs, children Mary died 14-1-1847 aged 28yrs, Margaret died 12-3-1913 aged 73yrs.

   Have you tried the cemetery at Strathaven, there are lots of Cochrane's buried there.
        I don't have the index for there but there is a one in circulation
