Hi all,

I have just been given information from a UREN rellie in Cornwall, about a Hester COCK who married a William UREN (he was born Gulvall 12/8/1810) so would assume Hester was born around that time too.  They married in Gulvall on 8/6/1839.   That's all the information I have, but will be searching for their children soon.

Does this tie in with anyone???

Regards,
CP

Hi Cornishpasty

I am sorry to disappoint you, but they are not the same Hester Cock and Family. One of the sibling might have gone to Cornwall in later years, but not this time around.

Thanks again

Hi Vicwinanna

I am sorry but they are not the same Cocks, unless later in years someone could not spell.

Thank you again.

No worries Geney.  Thanks for your reply.

I think that my rellie has given me the wrong information anyway, because I thought I had all the right information and then he dropped this bombshell on me.  I will pursue it with him now but ............ I was only asking others researching the COCK name, just in case ..................... ;D
