Is there anyone out there!!!!
My greatgreatgrandfather appears to have been called
Timothy Downey born Ireland 1805 & died Cardiff 1867
his children as far as i am aware were:
Ann Downey born 1852/7 in Ireland married Patrick Whelan and died in Middlesbrough 1900
James Downey born 1859/60 in Pontypool married Mary Minehan in Middlesbrough 1884 died and 1938 at Middlesbrough
Margaret Downey born Cardiff 1863/7 married Henry Roach in Middlesbrough in 1884 and died 1905 at Middlesbrough
Can anyone fill in the gaps and find any baptisms or births for the above, i can't find James on the 1881 census but i can find his sisters and i can find no mention of any of them before 1881 in England or Wales. Did they beam down from Mars i wonder ?
