So that Julian and I can do some forward planning/organising, we need to know whether people would like a one day/two day or 1 and a half day meeting.

The main day would probably be a Saturday. This could take in all or part of the Sunday and, maybe meeting up on the Friday evening for those coming from afar. If people travel up on the Saturday, it would mean a late start and, possibly an event (The Barras or something on the Sunday am). Also we'll need to get a list of accommodation prepared.

I'm not sure if I can put up another poll on this thread so could you PM me please with your proposed times.

I wish I could confirm to you whether or not we're coming, but I won't know for a while yet.  Suffice to say we will try to fit in with whatever date you choose, depending on whether or not we can afford to fly at that time of year.  It is cheaper from October onwards than during the [northern] summer months.
