JOHN JOHNS and Martha Newport Pembrokeshire

John JOHNS born about 1793  died 1883 . He married Martha ? (maybe George) born about 1793 died 1869. I am searching for Martha's maiden name and date of marriage.
They had 5 children, David b.1824. Jamesb.1830. Morris b 1833.Ann b.1837.
and Eleanor. The address on the census was Allt Cydach Newport.
Any help would be appreciated.

Theres quite a few marriages of a John John to a Martha around 1824.Where were John and Martha born?What do the censuses say might be able to narrow it down then.Best Wishes Welsh Lady

 In 1851 Census at Ty  newydd John Johns place of birth is Cardigan  ( in 1871 it is stated Verwig) Martha was born Pembroke. The children were born in Newport, The 1861 census is missing and Martha had died in 1869.

Williams in Parish Brawdy,Pembs.

17/04/1821 John John (Nevern) to Martha Morgan in Parish Llys Y Fran Pembs.

12/10/1822 John John to Martha Beddoe ,Parish Nevern ,Pembs.

According to Genuki Nevern is 2miles from Newport.

Thank you for these.  Although Martha Beddoe seemed the most likely I should have said that I had ruled her out  because on the parish register John John had signed his name.On Martha's death certificate husband John John  was only able to make his mark.
I shall have to check out the other entries. I was hoping to come across the surname 'George'  for Martha because of a reference in a family letter. I would have obtained Eleanor's birth certificate and found Martha's maiden name. but the Haverfordwest Registrars have no record of her birth so the date on the census may be wrong.

Hello. My Surname is Johns (the s in the name was added by ancestor about 1780). 3x Gr. Grandfather Gelly Johns born Pembroke or Tenby about 1800 Father Frank or Mark a son of Pembroke Blacksmith. Mother was Lucy Lang of Woodhouse near Fishguard. A sister of Lucy,s married a Phillips a son of that union was a Captain in Royal Navy.

Just wondering if you ever found out Martha's surname?   If not then why not try the new search on the official GRO website, which will show the mother's maiden name.   I have tried looking for you but I don't know what the registration district would be so the following is just one of many possibilities:
