Is Nettleswell the same place as Netsell?

Hi I wonder if some kind person could help me as I am completely ignorant of the area.
On the 1851 census my ancestor Ezra Petts puts his birthplace as Netsell Harlow Essex (dob 1809) but I can't find Netsell.
I'm looking to find if there's a parish church there that he might have been baptised in.  He moves over to Hertford by 1831 when he marries in St Andrews Church.  Interestingly there are other Petts who are baptised in that church (possibly siblings) but the records are missing for 1809.  Seeking his parents to try and make the connection with these other Petts.

Only place in Essex that sounds right is Nettswell

Although I had never heard of Netswell I have found this which seems to indicate that the name was used at one time, hope this helps.

You know he has been found - in the Netteswell registers

Now to find more Petts in the area to get the marriage, deaths & siblings

Looked at the registers and they even call the parish Netsell some of the time.
