Hi everyone

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me out here please.
I have a family - John FRADLEY b.~1835 in Stone, Staffs and Elizabeth FRADLEY (nee HALL) b.~1836, also in Stone. They married in 1855 at St. Mark's, Shelton, Staffs and on the 1861 census they had a 3 year old son, also called John.
Now what is puzzling me somewhat is the "address" that is listed for them on the 1861 census. They are amongst a long list of people covering 2-3 pages that appear to have been added on to the end of the census, entitled Form A -

A few of the men have "Master" written as their occupation, including John, but I've never come across an entry like this and as far as I'm aware Burslem is an inland town so I don't think, although I could very well be wrong, that it is referring to a ship of any kind.
Any ideas?
