81 days means nothing to me now that I know none of my areas have been transcribed.  I'll probably keep checking it every month of two.  They need more volunteers for FreeReg to really kick off.

I've just tried from my work and I got in!! 81 days from home and 15km away I can get in! Weird 

It seems to me that really the only county that has a decent amount done so far is Somerset. I do have some branches to search in Somerset but of course being at work I don't have any of my notes with me. Oh well!

It will be a looooooooooooooong time before there's good coverage methinks, but what a wonderful resource it will be.

What's happened - I was so excited ..... I had a notice on Monday on there say it would be available to me in 4 days.

This morning it said 11 hours.......

Now it say:


FreeREG Search is being deployed gradually, and is not yet available from your location
Access will be available from your location in approximately 79 days

I was counting down the minutes - has it all gone wrong?
