I think the predicted arrival times are a bit erratic and on the conservative side. The roll-out didn't start until this week because of upload problems with special characters in the input files.
I'm in Gloucestershire and got access yesterday, so I think people may get access before the expected dates

As far as the included parishes go - if the county I'm doing transcriptions for is anything to go by, all the more readily available sources have been transcribed and it's now up to individual volunteers to buy microfiche in order to do the transcriptions. I've done that for a few parishes where I have a lot of ancestors but it's going to take quite a while to get thorugh them because I can only do a small amount at a time (work commitments, eye strain, etc)
I can sympathise with people who tried to volunteer and got no response. That happened to me too on a different county

(but then, they're a bit short of county co-ordinators too, I think...)
Please, please please - if you can possible get to some microfiche and transcribe, do - it's going to be very useful to all of us!
