John HARRIS married Elizabeth HOBB 12 January 1811. Are there any details of parents please?

This marriage is before the start of civil registration in July 1837 so details like parents will not be on the register. See here for the details you can expect to find on an 1811 marriage.

If you go to www.cornwall-opc.org, you will find links to the various parishes in Cornwall, many of which are served by an OPC who will be happy to do a look up for you.
