Richard Davis - Gloucestershire / Awre Burial Index Lookup Completed

Could someone please check either the Gloucestershire burial index or the Awre parish records for the death of Richard Davis, who died I believe sometime between 1782 and 1795.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks...     :)

I've checked the National Burial Index (NBI) and the only burial listed for a Richard DAVIS is at St Peter, Pebworth, Glos on 27th January 1789.
I'll check the Awre records on my next visit to Glos Archives.

If you have not looked at Forest of Dean site yet there is a transcript for a death for a Richard Davis 9/6/1786 at Awre.

There is a memorandum which states that on 6/6 he was found drowned at Hock Crib.
