Birth Lookup 1874 ish New Jersey ?

Hi I'm hoping to find the birth of Phoebe Hutchinson on English census records it says she was born in New Jersey in 1874. Her parents were James Hutchinson and Hannah.

I note from the UK 1881 that, by 1878 the family must have been back in UK when son James was born - so they would not be on the US1880.  But their older daughters:  Elizabeth A was also born in New Jersey about 1870, and Emma was born there about 1868.....so on the 1870 US we are looking for:

James HUTCHINSON b abt 1846 b ENG (an Engine Fireman in 1881 in UK)
Hannah HUTCHINSON b abt 1848 b ENG
Emma HUTCHINSON b abt 1868 New Jersey
and maybe Elizabeth A b abt 1870 New Jersey if she was born bf the Census.

If we can locate them in 1870, it will provide a COunty and Town in New Jersey, which may be where Phoebe was also born 1874 ish.
