COXALL Family
« on: Monday 28 August 06 17:40 BST (UK) »
I'm looking for more information on Edwin and Maria (nee Slater) Coxall and their descendants. They were married in 1891 in Scunthorpe, had children and stayed in the area.  Edwin died in 1903, Maria then married a Josiah or Joshua Cross.

In some records; including their daughter (my grandmother) Dora Ann's birth cert the surname has been recorded as Cox and Edwin as Edward.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it is, Jacob should read Jack. Thanks for showing an interest.  I really would like to find out more after 1901, especially my grandmother Dora Ann's siblings.  I have a few leads but not much info and hardly any photo's, so I'm hoping there may be Coxall relatives out there somewhere that can help me.

Edwin and Maria have also been rather difficult to trace before they moved to Lincolnshire.  He was born in Shrewsbury and she born in Willenhall, Staffs.  I have gone down several lines but cannot prove anything.

Regards - Jacqui
