George Price b, 1880 Birkenhead

Look up please for George Price b. Birkenhead about 1880 to John and Ellen Price. Looking for a marriage for George and I cannot find one. Have found marriages of some of George's brothers - Thomas Price, Albert Price, but not George Price, or John Price. I think William married an Isabella Garroch but I would like to find out if they had children. The family all lived in Birkenhead for a long time and I am searching for any second cousins.

Can anyone suggest a Birkenhead studio portrait photographers who may have operated in Birkenhead in the late 19th, eraly 20th Century please? My Great Grandparents, John Price and his wife Ellen Price (nee Schofield) had 7 children and it is quite possible a family photo' was taken of them in Birkenhead during those times.

On Cheshire BMD there are 3 George Price marriages within 3 years 1904 1905 1906

The only one that you can look up is the 1905 in St Mary's.
Where George married an Ellen Elizabeth Wilson.
I also have to check this marriage out as I think Ellen is in my line. Hoping to get to the library on Thursday, so will check this out :-)

As for photographers, you can find the names by looking on the Historical Directories website. They have a directory for about 1900 and I know they have one in the 1910's.  Although, I dont think any exist now.

I have now looked up this marriage and George father was Edward. They got married 4 April 1904.

So one to cross of the list.
