Here he is (I think) 1841 census.  Names spelt Hyatt, but  so what.
St Martin, District 11, Worcestershire
address = Lowesmore, Newtown.
Head - James Hyett age 30, carpenter joiner, not born in county.
wife - Mary age 25, born in county, as are children
son - William age 4
son - James age 2
also in household - John Mason age 31, carpenter joiner, born in county
could John be a brother in law?

hope this helps  Fred

Just had a look at Brockworth, there are two families, the first is probably James's family.  A woodowrking family by the look of it
Yew Tree cottage, Brockworth.
Edward Hyett age 70, carpenter born in county as they all are.
son - John age 30
Jane  age 35 daughter or daughter in law?
William age 8 grandson?
Ann Lloyd age 3

nearby, first household recorded the other side of the vicarage
head - James Hyett age 60, sawyer
wife - Sarah 55
son - Giles 15
daughter - Comfort age 15
also George Belcher age 50, independent means.

I wonder if twins are a link, Giles and Comfort are given the same age, and John age 30, who may be James's brother is also said to be 30.   Something to think about  fred

Don't forget ages (except for young children) were meant to be rounded down to the next 5 below in the 1841. So someone recorded as aged 15 could be any age between 15 and 19. Not all emunerators seem to have followed instructions - thanks to them!

Thanks RCB - there are lots of misspellings of Hyett - makes tracing them that much harder!
