1901 Scottish census lookup

Could someone please see if they can find a

William Whittaker/Whitager/Whitteker who was born in Strabane, Ireland in 1884 and who married in Greenock, Scotland in 1905.

His parents were David and Eliza - born Ireland?

  Yes Wigstown is include in the census for 1901, can be found in Scotland's people which I'm afraid is fee based.

Hi
I have free credits to use on Scotlandspeople but unable to find him on the 1901 but appears on the 1911. Did he marry someone by the name of Emily?
If so, then the couple had 3 children 2 of which died and only Alexander aged 4 survived.
