You didn't give me much to go on but the only Timothy in the 1861 census is

At Small Farm or Town, Galleys Bank, Brieryhurst, Stafford

Sameul Windsor b 1830 Audley, Staffs Ag lab
Sarah b 1832 Wolstanton wife
Margaret b 1859 Wolstanton daughter
Timothy b 1857 Wolstanton son
William b 1852 Wolstanton son
