Dee that is a gorgeous photo and I am sure many of us would love to see the individual coloured photo of your Mum. I can really understand how delighted you are :-)

Just been revisiting this thread to retrieve a family wedding photo I lost when my PC died..... thought I would give it a nudge as there are some truly lovely photos on here through the ages and I am sure Rootschatters would love to see more [just call me a big old romantic  ;) ]

Hi Cal,
I've found Roots a wonderful help with my family photos. At one time I directed a new found cousin in 'far away places' to the Ancestors threads to pick up photos of the family that they never knew existed.
I think we are jolly lucky to belong to this site.

I have found one cousin I didn't 'wot' of!  The other side of the globe no less!

Plus a couple other possibles, we have yet to prove.
