This is my wedding in 1967, didn't worry about getting the permission of the other people in the photo I'm the only one still alive.

Here's my Nana and Pa in 1934.  I have Nana's apricot-satin wedding dress and gloves in safekeeping - she was so tiny, the gloves look like they were made for a doll  :o

Here is the wedding photo of my gg..grandmother and father taken in Saint Helena in 1867.

My gg..grandfather John Graham was in the Royal Artillery and was stationed on the island where he met his wife Anne Elizabeth Ward....she was only 17 years old when they married.

It was the photo that started the Our Ancestors topic and is one of my favourites.

Hope everyone enjoys viewing it.

pentio.

Well, I'll trot this one out again! The man standing on the far left (wearing a cap) is my grandfather. The bride was his sister. The older couple on the right are my great-grandparents, and all but one of their 10 children appear in the photo. Seated left front, looking as if her hat has alighted on her head by accident, is my grandma. The baby on her lap is her eldest son, my uncle. How about that outfit for the last word in babywear!
The wedding was Dec. 1902
ps great-grandma on here appears as a young woman in my avatar
