Were they all b Staffs or elsewhere?

Nothing on the 1861 with a father Edward so I checked the 1871.

I did a 5 year all counties search either side of 1861 and the only Emma Dunn with a father Edward was b 1866 in Warwickshire - mother was Jemima

Only 2 Edward Dunn's in Staffs in 1871 - father and son.  Wife was Martha and no Emma in household

Any siblings known that were born before 1861

Don't know much about the family.

Have got Emma's marriage certificate which gives her father's name as Edward Dunn.

Her husband is later buried in the same grave as an Eliza Dunn who would be the right age to be her mother.

Nothing else is really known about the family.

Emma was born in Staffordshire but her birth place varies depending on which later census I find her on.

1891 (with her husband Thomas Goodwin at 29 Park Hall Street) - Staffs Tunstall
1901 (still at 29 Park Hall Street with family) - Staffs Longton.

A lot of the families with surname Dunn residing in Radnorshire, Presteigne, Herefordshire, Staffordshire & Shropshire have been mistranscribed at the online major sites - I found mine in various census returns residing at the same location named as Dam, Dun, Dum, Don and Din in places called Pressign, Rads with Lingen listed as being in all of the counties/areas on different census returns

I have the names Edward and Emma in my tree but latter born 1840 in Lingen, Herefordshire. Various family members moved between census returns, some to Staffordshire so worth looking in surrounding counties as this may be the case with your ancestors.

We 'may' have a distant connection although I have checked my tree and am unable to find one to my Edwards or Emma's, however, the names appear to be common in our branch and there are several  siblings and aunts/uncles that I have not researched who may belong to you!
