??? Anyone out there have any links to PARKES family of Aston/Erdington, Birmingham area?  My Mother was Minnie Parkes born 1915 and lived at  324 Lichfield Road where I believe her Father had a Cobblers/shoemaker/repair business.  Mother had brothers, Ernie(ERnest?) Thomas(Tom?) Harold(Harry?).

Do you know her parents' names?  That would probably be helpful to anyone trying to make a connection.

parents names were:
Thomas Henry PARKES
married to Minnie HOWELL in 1901.
