Thought I would look for the death of Mary Price which should be fairly easy. Found Mary Price, 1841 December, Billericay, Volume 12, Page 2____
So had a look at the original and I think your Mary Price is the first Mary Price on the list and it neither looks like 12 or 2_____ If someone can work out what the numbers are you could order the certificate. Sorry I can't attach it here but if someone else wants to have a look at it and compare.
To me it looks like a XVIII and page 170
