COMPLETED 1861 look up please James Godfrey Coventry

I am looking for info on James Godfrey .On the 1841 Census it says he was born in county (Warwickshire) On the 1851 it says he was born Berks Windsor.He was living at Freeth? Street,Jordon Well ,Coventry ,Parish of St Michael on the   1851 census.I am wondering which of the above places of birth was the right one perhaps the 1861 will clarify this .
the family are James Godfrey born c 1801 occ on 1841 and 1851 Weaver
Elizabeth Godfrey Wife born c1801Born  Coventry occ weaver .
they had 9 children and possibly some of them Henry,Elizabeth,Selina,were still at home on the 1861.
