I do remember Steve 
to make a new post just click on the Blue button that says New Topic
it opens up a window like this one,
in the subject box put something that relates to what you are searching for
and write your message, click post, if you want to receive replies click on the
notify button, then when anyone replies you will get an email telling you there has
been a reply,
I will look through some stuff see what I find.
